This Privacy Policy explains how Fanshift ("Fancel", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data in connection with our website at https://fancel.ai, our browser extension, desktop applications, and related services (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service, including content creators, agencies, agency members, and any other individuals who access the Service. It covers data collected through the Service, our website, browser extension, and any related tools or integrations.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Data We Collect

a. Information You Provide

  • Account Information: name, email address, and password when you register. If you sign in through a third-party authentication provider (such as Google), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider.
  • Creator Account Credentials: when you connect a third-party platform account (such as OnlyFans) to the Service, we collect and store encrypted session credentials and, where applicable, encrypted login credentials necessary to maintain and restore access to the connected account on your behalf.
  • Creator Profile Information: display name, username, avatar URL, and account details from connected third-party platforms.
  • Fan Information: information about fans of connected creator accounts, including but not limited to usernames, display names, avatars, subscription status and dates, spending history, activity timestamps, and verification status. Users of the Service may also manually add fan data such as notes, birthday, age, timezone, location, occupation, hobbies, tags, origin source, and other information related to fan engagement that may be collected through connected platforms or provided by Users.
  • Messages and Communication Data: the content of messages exchanged between creators and fans on connected third-party platforms, stored for the purpose of providing chat management, analytics, and AI-powered features.
  • Media Metadata: metadata about media files in connected platform vaults (type, price, descriptions, tags). We store references and preview URLs to media files but do not host the media files themselves.
  • Browser Extension Data: our browser extension accesses session cookies (such as authentication tokens) from connected third-party platforms to enable account integration. The extension may also clear stored cookies and local browser data for connected platforms when required for account management operations (such as switching accounts or re-authentication).
  • Scripts and Templates: message templates, scripts, and selling workflows created by users within the Service.
  • Chatbot Configuration: creator profile details, personality settings, appearance descriptions, lifestyle information, content preferences, and communication rules provided by users to configure AI-powered chat features.
  • Telegram Account Information: if you connect a Telegram account for notifications, we store your Telegram chat ID and username.
  • Support and Contact Data: messages, inquiries, and correspondence you send to us.

b. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage Data: pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Service, session duration, and timestamps.
  • Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language, and timezone.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: we use cookies and similar tracking technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring. See Section 10 for details.

c. Information Generated by the Service

  • Analytics Data: aggregated and computed metrics derived from fan and transaction data, such as spending patterns, subscription trends, and engagement statistics.
  • AI-Generated Data: conversation summaries, extracted facts about fans and creators, communication style analysis (including conversation tone, vocabulary patterns, and messaging habits), and other insights produced by AI-powered features of the Service. This data is generated from messages, interactions, and creator profile information provided to the Service.
  • Conversation State Data: phase tracking, script progress, pricing state, and session metrics related to AI-powered chat features.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Provide and operate the Service: account management, authentication, connecting third-party platform accounts, chat management, media vault features, fan list management, analytics dashboards, and AI-powered chat features.
  • Process AI-powered features: generating automated responses, extracting conversation insights, creating fan profiles, and providing selling assistance. This involves transmitting message content to third-party AI service providers (see Section 5).
  • Send notifications: delivering alerts and updates through the Service interface, email, and Telegram.
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse: protecting accounts, detecting fraud, enforcing restricted word filters, and monitoring for prohibited content.
  • Improve the Service: analyzing usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, and developing new features.
  • Comply with legal obligations: responding to lawful requests, maintaining records as required by law, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

4. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes AI-powered features, including but not limited to automated chat responses, conversation analysis, fan profiling, and content suggestions. To provide these features:

  • Message content, conversation history, and creator profile information (such as personality settings and communication preferences) may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing.
  • These providers process data solely to generate responses and insights on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes, including model training.
  • AI-generated outputs (such as automated messages, summaries, and extracted facts) are stored within the Service to improve feature performance and maintain conversation continuity.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all AI-generated content before it is sent or published. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

  • AI Service Providers: to power AI-driven chat, analytics, and content generation features. Message content and related data may be transmitted to these providers for processing.
  • Analytics and Monitoring Providers: to measure usage, track errors, monitor performance, and analyze how the Service is used. These providers may receive usage data, device information, user identifiers, and error reports.
  • Logging Providers: to store and analyze application logs for troubleshooting and security monitoring. Logs may contain user identifiers and technical data.

  • Account data: retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is deleted, except where retention is required by law.

  • Billing and transaction records: retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically up to 7 years) after account closure.
  • Application logs: retained by our logging providers for a limited period for troubleshooting and security purposes.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
